Mrs. Robin Pruette has been the Director of the Pleasant Plains Preschool for 30 years. After studying Early Childhood Education at Central Piedmont Community College, Robin initially worked as a teacher in the preschool program at Weddington United Methodist Church for three years prior to beginning work as a teacher at the Pleasant Plains Preschool in 1990. Robin’s love for children, along with her passion for teaching children in a Christian-based setting, has inspired her over the years to build a vibrant, comprehensive, not-for-profit preschool program, and now includes a TK class as well, as a ministry of PPBC.

Currently, classes are offered for 2s, 3s, 4s, pre-K (ages 4-5), and now with Transitional Kindergarten and 1st Grade being offered for our community children. Classrooms are all located in our Family Life Center providing modern facilities, including the use of our gym, for all students. Our Pre-K curriculum is based upon guidelines used by local and regional school systems. We believe that we provide the best Christian preschool program in our area! 2 Year Olds : Tuesday – Thursday only

3 Year Olds: Tuesday – Thursday only

4 Year Olds: Monday – Thursday

Pre-K: Monday – Thursday
