Youth (6th-12th grades)

The Student Ministry at Pleasant Plains Baptist exists to serve students in 6th-12th grade and their families. Youth can participate in Sunday School classes (Bible Study), Sunday evening activities, and Wednesday night games and group Bible study. We do many summer missions opportunities, and youth-oriented conferences and retreats. Youth-specific opportunities help 6th-12th grades practice and participate in the larger mission of PPBC in reaching families in our community for Christ. We look forward to all the Lord will do through the students here at PPBC, won’t you come grow and serve with us?

Weekly Schedule
Sunday Mornings 9:00 AM – Youth Sunday School (Bible study time) meets in our Youth room, upstairs in the FLC building. From there, we go into the Worship service together for the Morning service at 10:00 AM.

S.N.L. (Sunday Night “Live!”) 6:00 PMWe begin with some time to fellowship, before breaking out into our small groups where we get into God’s Word and discuss the relevance of it in our lives today. We end the night by 7:15 PM.

Wednesday Nights 6:30 PM – All of our 6th-12th grade students come together to begin our youth time, usually with some games in the gym or out on the softball field (in warmer weather). After thoroughly exhausting ourselves in trying to destroy one another in dodge ball, gator ball, Ultimate Frisbee, kickball, Battleball (say whaaat?!) or some other form of friendly competition, we head upstairs to the youth room for Bible study.  We finish the evening at 7:30 P.M.
